As the Swan Valley comes to life with the return of warmer weather, we’re celebrating our stunning surrounds with a long table dinner for Entwined in the Valley!
Join us under the vines for a six-course feast matched with six Old Young’s cocktails expertly paired.

You will begin with a welcome cocktail and canapes, before savouring thoughtful and thought-provoking courses by Chef Rohan Park. Expect exciting dishes and drinks with unexpected ingredients, as we feature some of the incredible native and hyper-local produce of the Swan Valley.
Resident cocktail expert Patrick Torres will be on the ground to talk you through what’s in your glass.
